Rivers is not in Stuttgart's roster today OTOH Lohuis is there but I really hope she won't play
In Dresden Hentz is missing again and today they also didn't bring the 3rd MB from their junior team...

Oh...either a big advantage for Dresden or a chance for Stuttgart to make their game harder to calculate...?
Stuttgart starts with Große Scharmann as OPP which is the most logical line-up because she's the 2nd OPP. However I don't think this is going to work too well, in other matches that Rivers missed due to injury Dora Grozer sometimes entered as OPP and did a decent job. Another option could be using Segura as OPP (she plays that position in Spanish NT quite often) and Jasper as OH, in fact I think that would be the most promising solution...
Stream is the same as for the last matches: http://www.freeintertv.com/view/id-3145/1-1-2-1
Broadcast starts in 5 minutes.
Krystal Rivers officially has "health problems" but there are no details yet. She's not even in the hall
Dresden needed a while to figure out the Rivers-less Stuttgart but it seems now they did. I hope Aleksandersen will have the guts to go with Jasper-Mlejnkova-Segura in 3rd set because it's obvious that neither Große Scharmann nor Grozer are up to this level.

So..He did what you wanted him to do.
And it works well But I think in this set the setter change had the biggest impact for Stuttgart! OTOH Dresden completely lost their rhythm after leading with 5 pts in the middle of the set. I think Waibl regretted that he used Straube as serving sub early in the set, it could have been helpful for Dresden to also change the setter later in the set.
Jasper with her first attack point in the 16th attempt
What happened to Dresden?! If they continue playing like this, we'll have a champion today...
In the middle of 3rd set it looked like a sure 3:0 for Dresden and now Stuttgart is just 15 pts away from the title What a weird match! My MVP for Stuttgart today regardless of the result is Papafotiou, the team plays much better since she's on court. Kästner didn't do bad but it seems today Athina has the sixth sense...
OMG, why Dresden?
OMG, I arrived too late but great time to start!
And we go to match 5 Dresden's players are too exhausted to even celebrate
Today the level was considerably lower than in the previous matches but at least both teams put up a good fight. Whoever has more energy left is going to win on Saturday. I can't imagine Rivers being on court in any kind of good shape on Saturday when today she was too ill to even be in the hall, so I expect Segura as OPP again, she did very well today!

Game 5 on Saturday 14:00 in Dresden.
Stuttgart best roster according to Renkema is risking to finish the season empty handed.
The Stanford trio has won a title every year since 2016
2019: NCAA Champions
2018: NCAA Champions
2017: Pac-12 Champions (not NCAA champions... but still )
2016: NCAA Champions
Can they keep the streak going

Gates only won in 2019 right? Or is the other one Plummer? Did she win in Japan?

Today we were missing already two starting six players: Rivers and Lohuis.
