I am truly disappointed with how little rotation Terzic implements. What is the point sweeping lesser competition by 3-0, 5-10 point margin in each set with your Ace players all the time? When will Tutku, A. C., Ipar, Dicle be able to get to chance to play a full-set or two?

I think Gui is utilizing his full squad by far the best.

This is often the difference with Gio and other head coaches, he makes his mistakes in-game too but the entire squad is generally well prepared for the matches. Like the players coming in can make a difference. I remember last year (I think) when Terzic subbed Cansu in for the first time ever during a crucial moment and expected her to do wonders with all momentum going against his team needless to say it didn't work out and she got yelled at

Yes I'm especially worried about Ipar, it is indeed unfair to keep her in the roster while both gülce and Lila are allowed to play in Sarıyer. Ipar has a lot of potential, she could turn into the power spiker we need in outside position but she won't go anywhere by sitting on the bench 🤦

I honestly believe, at this point, if you expect Terzic to rotate his players and be successfull at the end, it is all on you lol

I think its the key of success for Fener, but I agree with you!

Vakif and Ecza use their roster so much better in this season.

Boskovic plays every game how do they use their roster better? She did the same last season..

IMO Vakif is the only strong team who uses literally all players in a given week. It’s actually impressive. Some teams I never even hear about the second libero but this Aylin libero has played more than I expected.

Okay, Bosko plays all the time, but in the last few games they tried to make all the players play.

Hande and Saliha are playing against stronger teams, but they use Adams and Fatma to for different using. Also Merve contributes next to they other two middles and Elif gets to play against weaker teams också. Yesterday they even used their young libero.

In Vakif, Haak and Meryem can be switched easily but thats not the case with others teams in the opposite role.

In my opninion in Ecza Thompson is the only player is fucked, but because of the foreigner rule, they need Laura more than her

Though Thompson has still an injury and she is not feeling good. I thought that is the reason she is not in the rotation yet, right?
