I don't think you technically need anything besides a university degree. They help with a lot of the "dirty work", stats/film/travel/getting equipment ready.

poor turkey. Getting a coaching assistant (paid or volunteer) would be hard cause of visa rules. Universities are almost always going to go with the cheaper option. Plus international coaches/aspiring coaches won't know the American junior system (for recruiting) its a mess

No I dont have any coaching experience but I am thinking about applying TVF to get coaching certificate Maybe It wont be USA but I might find a job in Turkey. ( not big level clubs obviously)
