    Okayama blowing a 4 point lead after the side-change ends their immediate hope of staying in V1, now the Challenge Matches.

    NEC’s win put them in 4th position and JT out of the Final 4.

    Saitama clinch 2nd with today’s win.


    Springs clinch playoff spot with win or JT loss or NEC loss.

    NEC in with Win or JT loss.

    JT must win and Springs loss or NEC loss to get into playoffs.

    JT will have sets tiebreaker with Springs if tied on wins and points.

    If Toyota win they will be 6th, Denso 7th, Hitachi 8th.

    If Hitachi wins and Toyota loses, Denso 6th, Hitachi 7th, Toyota 8th.

    I thought the Okayama match last night was at their Zip Arena. There were a lot of loud, light blue colored fans there. But it was at Himeji's Wink. 1268 people showed up to watch Himeji and 500 of them left before the Okayama match started. Too bad for them


    As a point of comparison to the Hitachi/Okayama match having 476 swings, I looked at the Fenerbahce / Conegliano full set SF match from yesterday's Champion's League = 267 swings. The Vakifbank / Milano match had 319 swings


    And you gotta dig all those balls in order to swing at them ||

    This Kurobe setter who's playing libero is surprisingly better at digging than passing

    I think "Saki" is one of those players that coaches love. Like you could tell her to rotate her wrist two degrees to the outside when she swings ... and she could do it :rose:
