Sorry, but Straubings turmair arena isn't really suitable for first league. And it's no requirement by the league VBL for new teams and it is very generous in interpreting this hall rule.

No, Straubing does not have a suitable arena. This is a normal school sports hall. But the VBL now accepts every club that wants to play in the Bundesliga. Apparently they have no other choice
