Copra Piacenza is the next opponent - definitely difficult, but beatable in this season, I believe...
definetely yes, we are beatable this season and then we don't have so much good tradition when we play in Poland.
let's see, i'm not quiet

Zaksa Kędzierzyn Koźle is team which only won with Skra in last season 2 times.
With Jastrzebski Wegiel played about 3rd position in Polish League. It was hard beattle but Jastrzebski Węgiel was much better.
About Zaksa:
Coach: Andrzej Stelmach (as a player played in Italy)
Michał Ruciak, Jakub Jarosz (gold medal with National Team of Poland in Izmir Euro Championship)
Tuomas Sammelvuo- capitian of national team od Finland
Robert Szczerbaniuk ( he played in National Team to 2005
3rd place in Champions League with Mostostal Azoty Kędzieryn Koźle (2002/2003)
Jurij Gladyr- plays in national team of Ukraine
Terence Martin- played in national team of Canada
Michal Masny- the best player in Slovakia and the best setter (2009)
and other Polish players: Marcin Mierzejewski (libero) Wojciech Kazimierczak, Kamil Kacprzak, Dominik Witczak, Grzegorz Pilarz.
I think Copra Piacenza you know players as e.g. Krzysztof Stelmach, Tuomas Sammelvuo and Terence Martin they played in Italian League.

yes i know them, also because Sammelvuo played in Piacenza in 2002-2003
good team, it will be for sure not an easy challenge round, i'm not happy to play first match at home and then retour in Poland...
Zaksa is ranked below Copra so second match plays as a host in Kędzierzyn in front of 3.000 fans as in the last season with AZS Częstochowa and it's harder than play second match at home.
But Copra is top class team (Marshall, Zlatanov, Bjelica). Champion of Italy but I think it will be a good match (match of fight) for spectacors and at good level.
Piacenza wants to host the final four of Cev Cup in our PalaBanca(4500 seats), it's not official, first our president wants to be sure to qualify of course...
then will see...it would be a great occasion for us
is there any Zaksa's fan here?
because me and other supporters of Copra are going to come to Poland for this match of Cev Cup...about 20 people i don't know exactly, anyway, my question is: how is the best way to reach Kedzierzyn from Katowice's airport? train or bus? how far is Kedzierzyn from Katowice?
how far is Kedzierzyn from Katowice?
72 km or something like that.
well not so far luckily...
To Copra Piacenza
Any Italian channel going to broadcasting match between Copra and Zaksa? And Can we watch this channel in the Internet because I think Polsat Sport haven't got Cev Cup law to broadcast this Tournament
I heard that Copra supporters will be in Kędzierzyn about 50.
Zaksa supporters are going to Italy propably by bus.
unfortunately Cev Cup isn't broadcasted in Italy... i'm sorry Norbertz
anyway, we won't be 50 supporters, maybe someone less and i've heard that polish fans will come here too
i'm scared that there will be another bad elimination for Copra as last year versus Czestochowa...
Kedzierzyn is in good shape and won in Resovia 3-1, whereas Copra lost last 2 matches and as always is full of injuries(Marshall-Meoni and Rak)
hope to be wrong, but i don't have good sensations...

Noliko MAASEIK - E.A. PATRON 3:1 (25-18, 25-18, 16-25, 25-20)
Quote[EAP] with [kontra] him [Ribera] overtook 8-7 and with [asos] [Zhekov] 12-9 and was front until 20-18. To that point went to the service for the Belgians [Ntegkraen] and led [Noliko] with [series] 7-0 to the 25-20 and to the victory with 3-1 [set].
Yordanov 5 pts in 4 sets
just when they need to achieve something they choked, and at the very end Noliko made 7-0 series to finish match
Yes it's so strange...But i think the one set that won Patra is very important.

I didn't find any stats for this game on the CEV-site. Any other resources?
How many points players scored you can see on EA Patron's website.

Yordanov played 1.5 sets - he was replaced by Armenakis in the second. 5 pts per 1.5 sets is not that small per set - 3.33. Armenakis scored 12 pts per 2.5 sets which is much better. I
n Bulgarian sites they write that Jekov has problems with some contusion which appeared during that game.
The problem here is that Patra players are not used to play twice every week - they play in three competitions and that tires them. Noliko has some Netherlands NT players. Bulgaria defeated twice Netherlands, but they caused us much problems with their serve, I am not surprised that Noliko made 7 pts in a row, with their athletic abilities.
TOURS VB - Iskra ODINTSOVO 2:3 (23:25 25:19 23:25 25:18 9:15)

Tomorrow
CoprAtlantide PIACENZA - Zaksa KEDZIERZYN-KOZLE
All the results so far in this round of the CEV Cup have come a bit surprising to me.. It's good that Patra still won a set to keep the pressure on Noliko, but overall I expected them to fight much more.. We will see what's gonna happen in Greece Cuneo, at least theoretically, were supposed to finish faster in Teruel, but maybe the home side played well enough..
Tomorrow
CoprAtlantide PIACENZA - Zaksa KEDZIERZYN-KOZLE
Easy 3-0 victory for Copra. Disappionting. I expected something more, at least one set won
shame on you Zaksa
what a pathetic result so bye bye f4
