Haha, Uralochka doesn't want to win nor play
Russia - Superliga 2012/2013

What a crazy set Uralochka dominates the beginning, then totally breaks down, then after 19-23 suddenly has 2 set points but Tretyakova and Ruiz hand over the set to Omichka in the end...
Karpol is gonna have a heart attack if the match goes on like this!
-
What Karpol wouldn't give for some stable reception right now
-
Does Terzic speak russian?

Kazan 1-1 (26-28, 25-23) Moscov
Startseva... Many high ball to Larson and Gamova, but where is precision...
Quite good match, much better than Omichka - Urolaczka (3-1)
-
Is Katya Gamova's knee pads giving her problems? She was actually subbed off for 3 points in the 3rd set. Looked like she hoped off the court.
-
Kazan lost 1-3 to Moscow. Shocked.
Doesn't bode well for tomorrow. -
Probably will have 5th for both games

Same thing... Startseva played a bad game.
Moscow setter played really well. She never impressed me before, but today she was brave using all kind of sets. She seems to have improved this season. I liked the way she played repeating balls to MB in conter-attacks, for example. She set Kazan's MBs to dance today.

It is not much statistic, but here has the scores of the players http://volleyball.sport-express.ru/reviews/31158/

What about OMSK match statistics? How did Mamma play?

Makhno once again turned out to be a big problem for Kazan. She's useless in attack and very weak in reception. In the end of 3rd set, Kazan tried to receive with 2 players (Larson + Kabeshova), and Akulova exploited that very well with her serves. Early in 4th set, Voronkova replaced her and when she came in, she made a reception error right away, but after that she delivered good receptions constantly even though she made mistakes in attack, and at 21-24, the coach brought Makhno back and I was absolutely sure Akulova would serve to her right away, she did so and got an ace
Akulova also was very good in setting once again, better than Startseva, and Osmokrovic was very valuable for the team too. Kazan didn't look convincing at all...

I did not see the match, but from stats it seems Larson had once again an amazing match. Receiver-attacker is a very weak position internationally right now, could she be in Top 5 overall? She does it all very well, attack, receive, serve, dig, block. I think she has surpassed Logan, and now there is only Kim who is clearly ahead of her.

Fully agree with you. Larson is one of the best OHs in the whole world right now

I absolutely love Larson. I think she is one of the best all around OH in the world... but I don't think she has surpassed Logan. Not in any way... Logan is not THAT great in attack anymore, but even her role was not to score... she could do it she proved in the final against Brazil when Hooker was stopped. And we know Logan is never playing for her club the way she plays for USA, so you can't compare that in terms of attacking. So I don't think Jordan has passed Logan in anything. Still great OH and if Logan doesn't return she'll be very very useful for USA
