    How many times has Kozuch gotten blocked? I think more than leastwise 4 times :aww: Pettke is playing very well so far on the other hand.

    ze roberto is so stubborn with natalia. he's treating her as a serving specialist/backrow defense when she's clearly not the best server in the world (great percentage when she serves out) and has below average defense. :thumbdown:


    fe garay has not been playing well. it's good thing she still receives and digs really well.


    overall, a very unfocused and quite listless performance frmo brazil. so much errors.

    Out of 12 liberos in 1st division, Gizem is the worse one at reception, especially when Davis is also out now :rolleyes:


    Pettke is very interesting player, never heard about her before, I was expecting Karg to shine, however, Pettke is showing an incredible performance to show that she wants to be starter for WCH :thumbup:

    Thaisa led all scorers for Brazil with 23 points :white: I agree Thaisa is really one of the best MBs (if not the best) right now. She has that rare combination in that she can attack and block well (most other MBs only specilaize in either), and she can even set the ball :obey: Not only that, have you seen her do backrow attacks? Just wow. Her height (196cm) is just icing on the cake.

    Gizem's recpeptions are the major reason of losing 2nd set.

    After Meliha's disappointing performance, she is out. Güldeniz also doesn't contribute much at defence. I wonder what shape Seda has currently after injury

    I noticed before the match that Karg looked sick, so probably that's the reason why Pettke plays today because Karg also showed good performances lately, but Pettke is using her chance very well today :thumbup:


    I would dare to guess that Kozuch practised pipes a lot this week :D They are working very well today, best attack of hers in this match.

    Thaisa made 23 points in this match!!!! for a middle player, that's awesome! Just 3 behind the highest scorer Murphy. Sheila slowly getting back to form - 20 points - and that last kill - reminds me of Sheila of old.



    USA are looking better each time - apart from Brazil, they are ahead of the other teams for sure. Murphy and USA Libero - real find!!!!

    I cared about Wei Qiu-yue. How about her ankle?

    The funny thing is that Pettke's strength usually are slide attacks and today she always comes through the middle.


    I just became aware that except Neriman all of Turkey's current starters are from Vakifbank, so it's like Vakif players vs Vakif coach match now :D
