Larson is out, I am getting worried about her injury.. It should have been minor.. maybe Karch doesn't want to risk..
I don't know if anyone mentioned but Alisha Glass will be the new captain.
Looks like Alisha is now THE SETTER for USA. I'm not totally sold in her performance considering she has misconnection with ther middles and accuracy issue with her pin hitters. I prefer Thompson to be the starter but her height is her disadvantage. I wish Karch will give Lloyd a chance this GP.

I don't know about Fawcett, probably we will see her some other weekend. I think Harmotto is not injured, she is just getting back after her wedding.. I don't know maybe she is injured again which will be very sad because she and Foluke are the best and most experienced MBs that should lead USA in WCH.
Hodge has not been the team last summer, nor this one.. I've seen pictures of her so maybe we will see her in WCH..
Yes Thopson did have many disconnects especially with Adams, but so did Glass, even with the other MBs...I USA wants to be successful they have to get the ball to the middle, especially when you have those kind of middles..
I think Kristin is not with the team in Brazil because her teammate from Amil posted a pic with Davis and wrote'....... I miss you Kristin'. So maybe Larson for Kristin in Brazil?

Really???? This is so exciting! I'm going to see the matches this weekend in Sao Paulo and I was sad that Larson was injuried. Great to know she is back!

Hooker dropped another bomb as she referred the current NT as "not her team." Looks like it may take a while before we see her in NT again. I knew the rumors were right that she was asked to leave the training pool. She was in the US gym in January then she suddenly stopped going even after her return from her short stint in Puerto Rico. LOL! The tweet has been taken down since.

Rumor is Karch made a team rule that no family members are allowed during team practice, which Destinee did not agree with. When another team member brought a family member to practice, Karch did not enforce the rule. But apparently, there are emails between Karch and Hooker that the rule was specifically made for Destinee's husband, because Karch sees him as a danger to the NT (b/c of the rumors of domestic violence), even though no team members were in the gym when he and their daughter came with Destinee to get treatment for her injury. Destinee wants to play for team USA, but Karch suspended her for being outspoken against his rules.
Similar sources are saying that Karch cut Berg, Tom, and Kim Glass from the team even though they wanted to continue playing for the NT.
Again, these are all just rumors. But to me, if these rumors are true, it seems like Karch doesn't want to have anyone on the team with a strong personality who would argue or question the way he runs the team, both on and off the court.
Also, the reason why Megan Hodge is not on team is because she is pregnant.

Congrats to Megan, only a bad time for it she is really needed.. For Hooker I can believe although I dislike it very much..she right now is thr best option for the OPP for the USA.. so Karch's pride is not allowing USA to be the best they can...
About Berg and Kim I don't believe because Berg hasn't shown a sign of interest to play volleyball again.. Kim Glass has always been cut in the big competitions in this last 6 years.. I don't know if she is interested in playing for NT. About Logan I will write a whole new post
Anyone else feels like Webster should be tried as second OPP? Klineman is doing nothing offensively and I don't know why is Karch insisting on her. She is a great blocker, she also did good in defense, at least much better than Kelly when given a chance.. If Karch likes her that much than he better cuts Davis because he has a defensive specialist there - Lichtman and bring Webster.
