13-25 Will Korea ever wake up up? Otherwise I can see this ending 0-3

No chance so far for korea

Wow
I think our staff deserves some praise. Excellent tactical preparation for the match, our team knows exactly where to play the ball to put Korea in trouble both in serve and in attack, plus block-defense system is very disciplined.
-
Korea when they were playing better, that challenge in the middle of the rally killed them.

Sure, one wrong challenge is solely responsible for losing a set 13:25
-
Korean setter is terrible, both in technic and setting tactics, but well her passers aren't helpufl either.
I feel like watching the old German team with dangerous serves. Both Poll and Geerties don't seem to shine a lot but they quietly contribute so much.
-
Korea finally has waken up
-
Go Korea take it to a tiebreak and win it please!
I actually like all German girls more then the Korean ones, except for one special OH ofc its the Queen Yeon Koung. She's worth 20 players to me. Hope she can perform better now because so far she was not spectacular especially in set 1 & 2. -
Korea plays better with their 2nd setter plus they started to serve better and Germany couldn't keep the level of the first 2 sets.
What I really didn't understand was Anna Pogany coming in to serve. I was expecting Jennifer Pettke who is a very good server.

Germany is the Caroline Wozniacki of volleyball.

Could you enlargen my rather limited knowledge of women's Tennis so I understand the comparison?

They both have a rather limited skill set that they always use to the fullest. And they're extemely resillient and never go away, both in-match and in the longer run. There have been bunch of times you'd think they're now over and can't keep up anymore, but they somehow always find a way to bounce back, hang around and make life difficult for the others.
I guess it can be both a compliment and an insult.

I'll take it as a compliment because it's rather fitting
-
She's like also one of those players thats always there and can beat mediocre players but she can never beat a top player to win a title for example. Its definitely both an insult and compliment. Wozniacki is simply no Serena Williams and can not serve like Pliskova but she still gives 100% and gets pretty far.
-
Germany falling to pieces a bit now Probably no way to avoid the tie-break and I see Korea winning that one...if only we had lasted a bit longer after those two great sets
-
So a tiebreak it is very entertaining semi final!
-
I think our setters should have used the middles a bit more, at least Schwertmann was fairly successful earlier.
Geerties is like two different players, she can be really good but also really bad and she's gone from one to the other in the middle of 3rd set.
-
This should have been the final match
None of these teams deserve to be third. Kim has been just amazing from the third set on Showing why she is still the best player in the world nowadays.
