Wasn't dreblow supposed to be the most promising libero a few years ago. Didn't she meet the expectations?

She had a tough year in Potsdam in the season when they trusted her as only libero and she didn't perform well so eventually Ljubica Kecman had to play as libero in the end of that season. However in Straubing she improved a lot again and became more stable.

Maria Segura renewed her contract in Stuttgart for two more years.

The interesting thing about this press release is that the club also confirms Sophie Dreblow's move to Dresden. Then Dresden will certainly not need long for the confirmation either.

I'm really curious then if Linda Bock will come as well. Maybe as a half-time outside hitter?

Then there is the question: What will happen to Morgan Hentz? Although she didn't really get a lot of playing time in Dresden, she was nominated by USA Volleyball for the Nations League. What only surprised me a little is that, according to the Dresden press release, Morgan Hentz is said to have already flown to the USA, while Jenna Gray is not flying until later. That leaves room for speculation.

Right. I was hoping, she'll stay in Dresden. I think she had a hard time due to illness and injuries. When she played she always did a pretty decent job in my opinion. And being Lenkas back up must be really hard as well.
Also I wonder why she is already able to train for the national team because she obviously wasn't able to play for Dresden on Saturday because of the concussion she suffered...

Good point. I had just forgotten that. At first it gets really strange, but maybe the shaking of the head is the reason why she flew to the USA earlier. So it could be that they will do a few more examinations there to see if she is fit to play. The Americans certainly have more experience with this kind of thing through American football than we do here in Germany. I could at least imagine that.

I see that in a similar way to you. I was always satisfied with their performance. She always performed well when she came into play as the acceptance specialist for Lena Stigrot, for example, during the main round. I also watched several NCAA games by her and the other American girls. The performances that she showed there always convinced me. That's why I personally hope that she might stay in Dresden after all and then fight for the position as the first Libera next season with Sophie Dreblow.

NawaRo Straubing has confirmed that Magdalena Gryka will no longer appear for her in the new season and will instead switch to a top club within the Bundesliga. This naturally gives rise to two questions:
- "Where is Magdalena Gryka moving to?"
- "Who will replace her at NawaRo?"
Here in the thread there have already been expressions of opinion on both questions.

Another polish player is supposed to join german league - it is receiver Aleksandra Wójcik from ŁKS Łodz. I wish she joined one of better teams to play in european cups. Few years ago receiver Daria Paszek who was very promising player joined german leauge and then finished her career, hope it won't happen to Aleksandra.

Yes, most likely she will not see much court time (if any) so I don't really get why they offered her an actual contract. Three setters make no sense in my opinion. She could have just trained with them and went to a few games like they have done it with young players before (i.e. an OH and L last season) without signing a contract and still play in 2nd league
