But they ARE! You can't find a more boomer staff than that!
Hillstate is performing so... disappointingly
okay... i wasn't expecting this from heungkuk..
and i was expecting a lot more from hyundai...
Park Hae Jin perform well for a 2nd year setter
Why heungkuk only put do su bin as single libero?
Jeong ji yun spiking just level up after vnl and olympic.
Without foreigner playing, teams are playing various ball, left right back attack

i wish the foreign players wouldn't play hahah
it's more enjoyable to watch the locals play, more variation of attacks
Only one word for today's games: hope.
That was interesting. The match minus the first set is how I thought things were gonna end up. Not sure what happened to Hillstate there.
Maybe everyone misses Yang Hyojin so much they want to see her back on court as soon as possible .
Glad to see Jiyun fully transferred to an attack position. Coach Kang seems to want her to play OH, which unfortunately leaves the OP question in the NT still unanswered.
Hwang Mingki said in the interview, they dont have chance to play practice match because of social distancing level 4 in Korea, they kinda expect to look lost in the first set.
Heungkuk receive is really weak, kinda lost them the match here. but it was an okay performance, above my expectations

I think generally every Korean team hired a foreign OP to play, that leaves a local OP no chance (or hardly any) to play at all. examples, choi eun jin & that ex-hipass girl who moved to pepper.
and probably Heejin did a darn good job at transitioning from Center to OP at NT, thus the coaches will think nah... if Heejin can do it, the other players like Jiyun can do it too. 🤷🏻♀️
i think every fans' wish is to see Heejin & Jiyun play OP at club level.
Nothing serious, just some beautiful volleyball players eating snacks.

I still think having foreigners in matches raises it to a higher level, and makes it more competitive and fun to watch.
They can still have many attack variations even with them around, it's on the coach if they don't. Over reliance on foreigners causing them to over-exert and get injured is too common. Local spikers should still step up even with them around.
It seems like Varga was there at the KOVO Cup yesterday.
Im myung ok defence carrying hipass
Too bad about Han Song-Yi's hairstyle malfunction

Seems like you are saying it's more fun and competitive to watch in a hypothetical world that doesn't exist Korean volleyball --for me-- is beautiful without foreigners. It's jumpy and fast. Very athletic. Not all the foreigners are clodhoppers but they all change the game
It amazes me to see all the young players coming into the league with piss poor passing. What the fuck do they teach in those high schools? Service, passing, and digging, that's the basics man, especially when you're short as a shrimp compared to the foreign players. Those should have been our advantages when competing at the international level.
There hasn't been any great young libero coming up in the last few years either. When you watch a 25-year-old Justine Wong-Orantes at the Olympics. MY GOD! Those tall teams even beat us on defense...
