Indeed this was probably from 2016 CEV U19 championship. Then the starters were like below:
Aslıhan Kılıç (Buket Gulubay) - Çağla Erdem (Yasemin Özel)
Saliha Şahin (Tuğba Senoglu) - Tutku Burcu Yuzgenc (Ezgi Akyaldiz)
Zehra Güneş - Aycin Akyol (Yasemin Güveli)

Tutku was playing as outside at junior level that's why Saliha and Tuğba was alternating. Same was Aycin and Yasemin. Great that we got so many talents from this generation to senior team although they weren't the most successful (ech 3rd, wch 4th)
Speaking of Saliha I don't understand why people don't like her so much, she's a really valuable player with a lot of potential.
I have very high hopes for Dilay Özdemir,Gülce Güçtekin and Liza Safronova

I could not follow all games, because I'm in Europe and it's late night when they play, but I think so. Often she was inconsistent IMHO.

yes she was. She was a fantastic defender but her reception was terrible and I mean TERRIBLE. Her defense was really really fun to watch though and is likely why she kept her starting spot

Indeed I like the idea of using two liberos and alternate them as defender and receiver. It is very commonly used in male volleyball. So gülce can be used in combination with another libero
