Nothing wrong with being clobbered by JT

  • went 11-0 on my picks with Caesars Sportsbook here in Nevada with V.League Men and women tonight.

Now Sir Safety Perugia needs to win for a complete 12-0 parlay for 9 to 1 return.

6 matches left in the regular season

A Hitachi loss OR Hisamitsu win will clinch a playoff berth for the Springs

A Hitachi loss OR NEC win will clinch a playoff berth for the Red Rockets

A Hitachi loss in <5 AND Saitama win will clinch a playoff berth for the Medics

  • 4T not there :(

I'm pretty sure I've read in a Vietnamese article that she is injured. I'm just not sure if that's true since I didn't see it anywhere else.

It is also reported in Vietnam media that she will not re-sign in Japan next year as she will go back to Vietnam to play volleyball there and even go back to studying.

  • Both these matches tonight so far are starting out really well. Lots of crazy shots and digs :box:

  • Surprised PFU seems to be taking it to Hitachi

Too many good matches on at the same time right now (couple good ones in V2 as well)

  • Prestige takes first set against Saitama. Playing at Yamagata Home arena :box: Come on kids :)

I like Prestige libero's sets. She's so low to the ground it gives her more time to plan

  • Denso does the two middle blockers no setter thing pretty often at the end of sets

  • Prestige is the best at momentum killing service errors :white:

  • vtv just put up a photo of Tugba for Derya. Oops

  • Pimpichaya has returned to court, midway through set 1 for Kurobe. They are missing Hitomi Fukumoto tho. Not dressed

  • Kurobe just couldn't get all their key players to be fit and playing well together, if they could there might be a different look to their season so far... idk 🤔

Kurobe follows Prestige in dishing up momentum killing service errors but they look pretty good, mostly, to me. Their middles are fabulous. If only one of the good OH Uni Girls would have signed with them :( It would have been a game changer. I've been happy to see Akane Ukishima get some playing time. Liked her for years

  • Toray got ahead with a steal on NEC. Their libero is not a good digger what's with that

  • Wasn't paying attention but Toray takes the first set from NEC 27–25 :S

  • Saga and Toray getting a surplus of hitters but won't invest on new gen liberos is a big minus to building a strong team

  • I'm not a fan or anything but Nakashima is Toray's Captain* and when Misuzugi was there Nakashima played as much or more (and better) than Misuzugi. She may be having a bad game. I haven't been watching. But I don't think she's a long term disaster

    * which often means retirement is immanent
