    I think Azeryol has big potential but bad coaching. For example, Rahimova and Aliyeva both are very strong jump servers and make very few mistakes, but in the end of the sets, Vercesi enters Ino to serve instead of Rahimova and Aliyeva has to do jump float. I don't like this...and Azeryol's blocking was quite bad, sure they scored not too few points in block, but they also lost many because of bad position and especially bad technique where they got tooled a lot.

    I think Barbolini should try Saori no end, when she is able to play again, even when she doesn't look a proper hitter to the european level. She's an accomplished player and even not scoring that much, she can help them out and beaver away at defence, service and reception.
    Vakifbank has Gödze. That's because, I guess, Guidetti lined-up Glinka in order to strength the attack. Galatasaray doesn't have a player like Kimura. She would be very useful to them in my opinion.
    He should have a go with Saori/Ozsoy or Saori/Dobriana and keep on it.

    I guess Azeryol is in the gap between to line-up Poli as an opposite and strength the line reception or to pick Poli as an OH with Jana as opposite and strength the attack. It's really tough to decide.
    I'd pay heed to the opponent service. Good serving/1st opition, average or bad serving/the 2nd.

    I don't think Jana is a stronger attacker than Di Iulio or Aliyeva, but what I am wondering is how Kozuch is supposed to fit in there. She's not a good enough receiver to play as OH and she won't get past Rahimova as OPP either...

    I was following the korean league past season and she isn't a strong hitter indeed in comparison with the top players, but I think she's a possible sub for Aliyeva. I saw great matches and average ones by her. It hangs on how Aliyeva is playing also. The head coach could have a shot. She is a good call for some moments. In some matches she was really great.
    Maybe Kozuch as opposite and Rahimova as OH. Last year, they played with bad reception (Azerbaijan NT also) the whole season and it seems they don't have problems with that, at least in their mind. :roll:

    Rewatching the Galatasaray - Azeryol match again! After the first yellow card, announcer in NTVspor said that in the earlier match (Unendo Yamamay - Azeryol), there were a lot of unfair decisions by the referees and most were in favour of home team, Azeryol. She added: "and they probably think that it will work the same in Istanbul".
