I've watched a few games of Bulgaria including the one vs Argentina. Apart from Grozdanov, none of the Bulgarian MBs deserve to wear the NT jersey. Watching their MBs' disastrous performance, I'm wondering if Bulgaria may fare better by placing an outside hitter in one of the MB positions to help a bit in attack and reception. Argentina practiced that MB1 tactic during 2002 World Championship, and it worked well since at least it filled the court with quality players.

Yes. But I like Theo. He’s the future. Such a smart player. Tillie better take him to OG than Boyer who always underperforms when he is needed. Now we have Jean Patry. We don’t need him anymore.

Sad, Japan had too many error, 8 service errors for the first set with not so lethal attack compared to Poland. I know it's a mixed line up, but still error should be controlled or Poland will beat them to crushes.
