This Brazillian team is really weak. If they get a top 8, it's good enough. We still have some good prospects (like Istefani 180 setter, Jaqueline 186 lefty OP and carol Grossi 191 OH), but without Ana Cristina and Julia, they will be hopeless.

If I'm not mistaken, this year there is only CEV U16 Championships.

The only difference from the U19 champion roster are: second setter Çağla Şahin is replaced by Hilal Kocakara and starting MB ILayda Uçak who had a bad injury at the end of season, will be replaced by Karmen Aksoy.
Ilayda's absence will hurt the team. She one of the breakthrough of this season. I hope she can continue next season from the same level of pre-injury. She should be one of these MBs to pay extra attention after Eda's retirement.
Also it is great that all 3 of these players Melisa Bükmen - Aleyna Göçmen - Beren Yeşilırmak are from 2004/2005 generation. I am surprised that Dalia Wilson was not called to replace Ilayda.

I saw some people were saying Karmen was a lot better than Hanife-İlayda, but she was injured and couldnt be with U19 team last year. She might surprise us with her performance.
Happy that Hilal made it, a lot of people are saying she is very good. I didnt watch a lot her to judge. Lets see what she can do.
Also 9 players from this list will be playing in Sultanlar Ligi and most likely will be starters. Great for Turkish volleyball
