2023 Women's Volleyball Nations League

  • Thai has a decisive game against Netherlands, and it's the first one of the week, Netherlands also can't lose this game, but unlike Thailand, they play Canada and Croatia, while Thai girls will have Turkey, Japan and Brazil. Bulgaria who is also avoiding relegation will play South Korea first, so Thailand must win at least one game. Not mentioning that Croatia can upset someone, again.

  • last year watching Croatia in european league she was the only reliable and high-level player of Croatia team saving their ass almost everytime

She was one of the best middles we had in Stuttgart so far, a few years ago.

  • Funny opening by Germany, and "yellow card" Heynen

Yesterday during his introduction everybody made the "challenge" sign but the card sign is much more suitable

I hope he won't play the whole match with the main seven if things go well, at least Glaab, Weske, Stautz, Strubbe and Cesar should get some time on court again.

  • Korea has always worn long shorts. Fashion or modesty?

  • That must have been the messiest long rally ever, but Stigrot wiping the floor in the middle of play probably was the highlight of it :rolll:

Veteran Japanese setter Tominaga was sort of famous for policing the floor during rallies. Seems like players who've been around for a while, and seen a lot, often do that

Considering that Paskova broke her leg after landing on a wet spot and slipping badly, it's actually not a bad idea, but it looked really funny.

  • Good serve pressure used to be in the DNA of South Korea :white: Kang Sohwi still kinda got it

Absolutely a good idea and kudos to those who can pull it off. Stirgot's move was the crowning touch to that, ahem, rally

  • Korea, first one to 20 :super:

  • Stats have Germany at 9 blocks. Seems like more than that, and blocks are helping them a lot
