The 2010 FIVB Men's Volleyball World Championship will be held in Italy from 24 September 2010 to 10 October 2010. 24 teams will participate in the tournament.
Draws will be on 28th October

Competition Formula
There are 3 rounds. In the 1st 24 teams are divided into 6 groups with 4 in each one - A,B,C,D,E,F. First three of each group qualifies for the 2nd round. In the 2nd round there are again 6 groups - G,H,I,L,M,N. From the latter quailifies only 1st and 2nd ranked teams.
