  • i think maybe the fivb quotas per continent are unfair? maybe asia should get more than 4 slots, i mean, korea is still probably better than #2 in south america (argentina), which will qualify.

similar to the men's side, japan still probably better than lower ranked teams from africa, norceca and s. america that qualify for the WC.

  • Asia should have 5 spots
    And NORCECA 4

Mexico and Costa Rica have been the worst teams in the tournament. And of course, they might qualify to WCH

  • 20 teams participating in Final Round of European Qualifier

Top 12 European teams accoridng to FIVB WR apart from Italy (12 10)
Russia, Turkey, Germany, Serbia, Poland, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, France, Spain, Romania, Azerbaijan

    First Round Pool Winners (7)
Croatia, Belarus, Belgium, Ukraine, Slovakia, Estonia, Cyprus

Second Round Pool Winner (1 Top 3)
    Hungary, Israel, Switzerland

i may not be the tallest,
    the fastest, or the strongest,
but at least i can do one thing better than anyone else,

  • The pool composition for the women’s Final Round Qualifiers reads as follows:

Pool I in Ankara (TUR): Turkey, Romania, Ukraine, Cyprus
Pool J in Baku (AZE): Serbia, Azerbaijan, Israel, Estonia
Pool K in Lodz (POL): Poland, Spain, Belgium, Switzerland
Pool L in Rovinj (CRO): Netherlands, France, Croatia, Hungary
Pool M in Varna (BUL): Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Belarus

5 Final Pool winners plus 2 best second placed teams will qualify for 2014 WCH in Italy

  • We can say Turkey and Serbia are already qualified... :teach:
Poland and Netherlands are in danger instead! Anyway I don't agree with the "2 best second teams" rule, I think it's not fair because Pools' levels are very different. For example Pool L and Pool M have higher level teams than Pool J
I would have prefered one more Qualification Round with a Pool in which all the five 2nd placed teams played each-other...that would have made more sense.

  • Bulgaria and Czech Repubublic once again together in a group :white: :white:

It's possible, you just have to believe in yourself and really not care what other people say, because I've heard it all.
If you let someone else dictate what you're going to do in life, then you won't get there.
