CEV Champions League 2019

    Has anyone already had the chance, to lookup/view leaked CEV league ranking lists for CL and the other European Cups? Because of the pure Italian final these are now already fixed...

    They already invest more if to compare with other clubs in the world. They can create three or four more clubs with that budget. They can't go anywhere with it, money is not eternal, they have to spend their money carefully even if they have plenty of it.

    Imho, considering the overall performance stability, boscovic is still the best opposite now . Vargas and engonu are the potential competitors to boscovic.:super:

    Preview to next season: most teams with fixed berths in CL 2020 are already known now and the ranking list of leagues is published, no major league teams will go to qualification. Currently only three berths are not decided upon so far:


    Romanian Champion: it will be nearly for sure Alba Blaj, because CSM Bukarest failed yesterday to keep the championship wide open by losing in Targoviste. Alba Blaj can finish tomorrow this task by regaining the title from CSM Bukarest, winning against an underdog.


    French Championship: decisive match of semi Cannes vs. Volero Le Cannet will determine the second CL team from there alongside with already qualified Nantes. Decision is already set for today.


    German Championship: Stuttgart or Schwerin will make it, final series is 1:1 with just the little home advantage for Stuttgart. This will take at least two further matches and maybe another week.

    After win of Cannes against Volero Le Cannet in decisive semi final match record champion RC Cannes is again eligible to play CL.


    Alba Blaj won today Romanian championship against Dynamo Bukarest, therefore CSM Bukarest has now no chance at all to overtake Alba Blaj on last match day.


    Regarding Belorus: theoretically Minsk is the only relevant team, but since they played in Russian superleague now it seems possible, that they get nothing regarding European Cups, but feeble Belarus champion Lokomotiv Pribuzhe may join instead, if they can afford this financially and regarding hall.


    So we wait now for Geman champion as last of the 18 fixed teams; on Thursday Stuttgart can win it or on Saturday both Stuttgart and Schwerin.

    It will be so nice to watch sold out arena I just hope Novara can show better game, but I still really want to see Conegliano with CL :cup:

    Conegliano has to win today, if they don't honestly I don't see a difference between them and EczV, at least Ecz won Cwch. Just a league championship won't be enough at all, not anymore.


    Novara still has Egonu though, and CL title is a huuuge chance for her. Yes Conegliano has what looks like an amazing squad next season but tomorrows are never guaranteed, you never know what happens. She will surely fight for it today so I believe it could be interesting.

    Ok gurl unless they have 5 injuries again as always... You can't think about next season when you literally have a final today, next season is next season. If they don't win today, Conegliano will once again have failed on European/International stage after trying hard so many times.
