    Piccinini played in the worst Bergamo team ever and she won an Italian Supercup.


    That BG was stronger than this Frosinone, no doubt, but she had the same role Gioli has in Frosinone. :whistle:

    Does Ortolani take Buijs's place at reception in Coppa Italia match? She had 20 receptions and her stats look not that bad for OPP.Buijs with 6 receptions (2 errors,w/o excellant reception)

    As you can see Ortolani played as receiving OPP, while Buijs as almost non-receiving OH, btw. Ortolani finally played with better spiking efficiency :thumbsup: on the other hand poor match by Marcon in terms of spiking though her reception was almost perfect 8o

    Oh my god! Marcon is a killer passer. i haven't seen such high numbers till now.

    Sirressi in her first match as starter in Serie A1 a 90% excellent and 100% positive stats. It was 2008-09 season and she was just 18 years old. :thumbsup:


    Coming back to Marcon, she is known in Italy as the best passer of the championship (even better than Cardullo, that's what numbers say) and probably she is the best passer of the world too. :cup:

    Reception stats of Serie A is always exaggerated although it doesn't change the fact that Marcon is best receiver among OHs or even among liberos (Esra Gümüş might be only OH who can compete with Marcon at reception :win: )

    I don't know what the league is doing. Novara eliminated Bergamo in the preliminary round, now Bergamo eliminated Novara. Why did the scedule preliminary rounds if they're useless? Busto Arsizio was out too, but now they took Conegliano's place. :down:


    Was it so hard to let play the best 8 teams from the first leg of the season? This is totally unfair. :wall:

    I guess it doesn't mean anything to her. I heard she refused to play as libero some seasons ago. IMHO opinion this is not about her skills, but it's about what she feels. Probably she isn't comfortable playing as libero or she just doesn't like it. When I was playing on youth level my former coach wanted me to play as opposite, but I din't want; our opposite left the team, so someone from OHs had to move from pos. 4 to 2; so, even if a was strong as spiker and very weak as passer, I didn't felt comfortable, I wanted to be an all-around OH, but I sacrified my ambitions for the next 3 seasons. I know what it means change your roule after you very used to it. And just to say, stop practicing as passer killed off my few reception skills when I was back to OH. :aww: So I won't ever blame her for her will. :win:
