I think the level started really bad, but as the weeks progress it is becoming better and better and more competitive. I expect real epic matches at F6

Yes, Stysiak shows some raw techniques at times, but overall she already delivers enough to be starter compared to the other OHs available and today she was not the only one who didn't perform well from the 3rd set onwards, Smarzek couldn't kill a ball for a while too.
Despite the loss I liked the performances of the setter and the libero in this game. I see them with potencial to become great in the future. -
It seems like Brazil, Turkey, Italy, USA will all be on the final again. Including China.
Italy wasn't in the final last year.

hmm ... FiveBuh TV is empty for me "No Content Available". Any others seeing it?

It is easy to see that connection with setter doesn't work properly.
I've to agree. It looked bad.
Stysiak has problem with physicall preparation.
First two sets 8/16 in attack, next two 1/11.
I'm waiting for Bączyńska, Twardowska in NT.

This Serbia setter seems to have good hands. It is amazing how she can deliver the ball to both of the wing spikers position when the ball is out of system, Reminiscing of Roberta.
-
Iwasaka somehow became a starter this year, I think she's doing a good job. I remember she didn't get much playing time last year even though she was captain.

Her name is Cirovic and she's only 21 years old. She has a lot of potential for sure.
sitenoise I'm sorry the stream is not working. I don't use FIVb tv so I don't know what is going on.

This year's VNL Champion will be Italy or China which play with the best roster.
Serbia and Netherlands can not get qualified. Brazil and USA do not play with their best roster till now.
-
Cirovic's defense 😯
-
It will be tragic for JPN if the SRB U23-U20 / SRB C beat the JPN A... roughly speaking

I like her game play so far. It is the usual high slow ball that Russia and Serbia always play but she is creative with her sets and her precision is commendable.
-
Got it by a weird route
-
Nabeya is playing the game of her life
Just noticed her sets are fast but high, too. Wow.

The FIVB World TV works smoothly for me... use no vpn

They probably just lost that first set because I couldn't watch it
-
I expected Serbia not to win a single set in the next 2 weeks.....well done girls. Cirovic is certainly not your typical Serbian setter.
-
Did Yuki Ishii bomb out or did Nabeya start?

Ishii started.

Is it just me or there as a slight touch on that block?
