How strange to see fans in venue
Russia - SUPERLEAGUE PARIMATCH 2020/2021

Kazan couldn't keep the great level they had in the first two sets, and Moscow now looks much more solid with Sheshenina, Klimets and Scherban on court.

I know I am going to sound technology illiterate but I cannot find TopVolley2.0 on Facebook. I can find 3.0 but not 2.0. Can anyone share its link?
I don’t use FB and just opened one for volleyball. -

But Kazan won the league round already with the first two sets, so their motivation after that may have been limited.

Any idea why the reception stats here http://www.volleyservice.ru/in…ct=stat_game&game_id=4903 are different?

Tomorrow is the playoff decision:
Enisei was very disappointing in the first match (0:3) and it seems very unlikey that they will be able to win in Kaliningrad.
Lipetsk's reception was non-existing in the first match (0:3). They can't play worse...
I feel like Minchanka lost their chancen to make the final six in the first game (2:3) in the first game. They had matchpoints in the third set and were leading 24:20 in the fourth...
Krasnodar is still below form (1:3 in Saratov). The reception was shaky (especially Sperskayte). They have the means to make it to the final six but they need to really step it up...
-
Early out for both Krasnodar (tie-break win against Saratov, series 1:1 but with more points for Saratov) and St.Petersburg (only one set won against Minchanka Minsk, also series 0:2). Therefore they couldn't capitalize on their overall strong league round.
-
Formally the five Russian teams in final six will receive the five European Cups slots, because Minsk is from Belarus: Kazan, Moscow, Kaliningrad, Ekaterinburg and Saratov.
-
Kotova scored 13 blocks in Uralochka's win over Lipetsk
-
I find sad Krasnodar's failure, but the coach is the one to put the blame on.
Now, the groups of the final round are:
Group A
Dinamo Ak bars
Lokomotiv Kaliningrad
Proton Saratov
Group B
Dinamo Moscow
Uralochka-NTMK
Minchanka Minsk
Dates: 29.03-31.03
Semifinals and Finals: 02.03-03.03
-
I like uralochka and how they manage to save the seaaon after the failure of their foreigner players and injury of parubets but I want minchanka moving to semi finals
-
That reminds me, whatever happened to Ailama Cese?? I never heard about her again after that failed transfer to Italy

I think I heard she got injured and went back to Cuba. There is another Cuban in Uralochka: Yamisleydis Viltres.

How is Karpol? I think I saw someone here mention that he got Covid. Hope he is OK.

About two weeks ago he was back coaching during a match. He didn't look worse than usual

Why Kaliningrad is in pool A instead of B, clearly being the third best league round team? Was this tossed?

Kazan, as the first place in the league round and the host, chooses its group and I think Kazan chose Kaliningrad because they don't want a surprise in the semifinals
