Point 2.2.1 indicates "only one player having previously played ....of the same age category....". That's why players who did not play at senior tournaments with their NTs, can play in other senior NTs.
When it comes to Vargas, these are the conditions by FIVB:
Vargas fullfills all the conditions already except 5.2.1. We don't know when they filed the application of the Change. If it was done 2 years ago, then she can already start now. But assuming she was not clear whether to play for Serbia or Turkey during last 6 months, I guess they filed the application this spring, meaning she has to wait 2 years. This also means she has to establish residence in Turkey for upcoming 2 years (meaning she needs to live there, meaning she will play for FB or another Turkish team, if I did not misinterprete it).

Leon got Polish citizenship in 2015 but Cuban Federation “sold” his licence to Polish Federation 23.07.2017; debuted 24.07.2019 as Polish player; he waited 4 years in total. So I will repeat that the most important day is when Vargas licence will be transferred from Cuba to Turkey. From that date count 2 years.
According to Naz's latest interview to a newspaper, it sounds like she is going to join VNL. I am curious if Turkey will play whole tournament with A team
I think almost every NT is gone go with full squad. They will not have time for friendly matches and they are to important for preparation.

Gizem from GS is Gizem Güreşen who had beef with Guidetti . She doesnt get the call. Thats why it was an irony.
I expect Ayca will get a lot chances because Guidetti wants her to gain as much as experience. Chances are high she will even make it for the Olympics even though she has little experience and we have two Gizems who are better then Ayca.

I believe that Guidetti will play with only one libero in Olympic games, it will certainly be simge akoz.
