Knollema being the "worst" attacker of Stuttgart with already 50% says enough, a well-deserved place in the finals!
Fingers crossed Schwerin can win tonight as well

So the final series is Schwerin vs Stuttgart, starting next Saturday.
Waibl said in an interview after the match that Stuttgart manages to keep 3 players for next season. 😳
I wonder if he really knows that...
With Rivers and Koskelo staying only one other player would stay then...
Its Knollema - all the other Players will leave
Suhl's press writes that except for Roosa Laakkonen, all players are going to leave the club The full article is paywalled though, so no further details. Someone can help?

Wow. I mean lovely that Knollema stays in the league. But I thought that maybe Strubbe stays as well. Did she find a club abroad to play? And what about Vanjak?

Let's face it: Strubbe and Timmerman showed up strong enough for teams in Italy and Turkey. And Vanjak played less as she wished, I guess.
Timmermann rumour for Galatasaray
Rivers, Koskelo, Siftar, Knollema, Stautz, Krenicky, Božić.... Does anyone know more? Who is coming for the middle block?
Alex Waibl says in a press article that Dresden's team next season will be quite different to this season, but there will be no need to worry about Dresden and he is more worried about the future of the league in general
It will definitely be interesting. Especially when it comes to Bozic. The setter position is so important in volleyball. And she is definitely not Bongaerts.

As long as clubs like Stuttgart can't even keep Monique Strubbe for a second season, we will never have to talk about restrictions on foreigners in Germany.

I loved her in Cnadian NT ,I remember her monster display against brazil in tie break
She's so promising and doing good in German league

She's 30, so "promising" might not be the right word I remember reading that she'll play in another country but I don't know any details.

In January, there was a lengthy article in the local Schwerin newspaper about her plans for the future:
Her contract with SSC expires at the end of the season. White does not yet know what will happen next, but after four years in Germany, the signs are pointing more towards leaving. From mid-May to mid-June, she wants to fulfil her dream of playing in the Olympics with the Canadian national team and qualify for Paris 2024 via the Nations League.
Asia could become an option for her last volleyball station. "Playing in the Philippines or Japan, then travelling around the country for two months and then back to Canada," she says. There is no question for Jazmine White that her path will take her back home.
Sometimes German clubs are lucky, for example we expected Timmerman to leave Stuttgart already last season, but generally speaking you are lost, when some Italian or Turkish clubs show serious interest. We discuss here not a few percent or 10 %, but factors in salary of 2 or 3 or even more, i.e. a whole different ballpark . The result is nearly always to say goodbye to your best players.
Today VfB Suhl officially announced that Roosa Laakkonen will also play in Suhl next season.
Vilsbiburg won't complete in the first division next season.
The league really is in big trouble.
