Egonu as always QUEEN...having a great season

Also kudos to akimova that has proved to be in way to be a monster in the future

Also antropova being so regular and imo right behind top 4 opposites,smarzek also having a good season after many flops

Also firenze duo alsmeier and ishikawa with great numbers

Surprising to see Robinson as TOP OH in attack after terrible last season that She had in Conegliano in second half.

Lanier right behind her, this two makes good OH duo.

Wolosz impact but they have individual quality too.

Notable stats are of course of Robinson who is the first OH both in attack and in the reception. After Egonu in blocking. She was not so good before but now she seems that she find the way and she is really stronge blocker. Also you need to notice Herbots in the reception and Candi (!!!!) in blocking. Nwakalor is becaming a big blocker. In the end Alsmeir , Lanier, Skinner are making great seasons too.

Akimova has the better stats. But Antropova has proven herself more against better opposition. She has dominated against teams such as Eczacibasi and Milano while Akimovas performances have been sub-par against elite opposition up until this point, at least.

Against Milano ???? Maybe you mean against Novara. But anyway in any case we should not forgot who supporting them in scoring... Akimova has much bigger load to carry in her team specially with Bujis being out.

I was thinking this, Antropova is very good but she has a great team build around her, when I saw Novara they didn't look like a well built team with all respect.

Also imo Antropova is not that good against top teams, esp. at the later stages in sets. Against Eczacı I felt the more critical balls went to Herbotts and Zhu. Also in Ech.

Both of them are top OHs in term of % in attack in Seria A and they are just proving them self over and over. What I’m pointing out in that post. Bot whatever.

He hypes them every weak against any team, even lowest 5 recently.. or lowest ranked

It’s kinda tradition after every round in serie A, you know corvolley is gonna come here and hype Lanier how she is so solid (against low level teams) or how Plummer absolutely sucks in case she got to be starter

Cassalmaggiore is the most dissapointing team of the first half for me... I know their roster is not as good as last season and they lost their coach to Vallefoglia, but the current roster could do better than second to last in the standings

Also seems like Buijs was a great sub today. Is Chirichella injured or did Bonifacio (MVP) finally took a starting spot?

I think Chirichella has been sidelined with some minor injury in the last matches.
