Aylin might go to VakifBank then I expect, Giovanni made it known before he likes Aylin Sarioglu better than Gizem... I felt negative energy between them anyway.
I think it's the best decision, Giovanni could bring the best out of Aylin Sarioglu and Gizem can enjoy volleyball again without having that possibility of negative energy between her and gio constantly and gio keep trying to replace her, she will surely be motivated.
Edit: if he relies on Ayca Aykac though they're screwed lol

I think she can be... Guidetti's tactics is more forgiving to liberos than Terzic's, she wasn't ready for that pressure, at all.. But maybe her struggles build her character and made her to be mentally prepared for something like Gio, who knows...
I agree, FB was her first season on a top club and with Mihajlovic it was not easy for her. VakifBank is a better place reception-wise. Aylin is maybe not the best receiver but she is an amazing defender so it makes sense. Gio would surely add to her. He could also get Merve Dalbeler next to her to have some experience on court.
Gizem just needs a new environment indeed.
We can be happy if it is Aylin lol, Ayça Aykaç is still a possibility. Other than that there is Derya Çayirgan which would be great last year but she benched last year so Idk her current form.
