I think Julia B will improve. She has been playing really bad. She can play way better than this. But Ze has too much confidence in her.

There is an incredible big reaction by Galatasaray supporters against Volleyball management. Team won Balkan cup following a success in the 1st round of CEV Challenge cup but the roster seems insufficient for the league.
So far, Cuttino and Logan seems having lack of productivity at the front line and Bihter (Libero) looks in a very bad shape not even reaching to 40% and over positive reception. Even Ayçin has ups and downs. Only İlkin tries to carry the team and takes the load and responsibiliy on her shoulder.
Just imagine, against Vakıfbank all players finished the game with negative W/L Tashiro with 0 (wich might be considered as normal for a setter) and only İlkin with +5. Not only the W/L but even her overall statistics looks great (58% - 42%) at reception and (53% - 40%) at attack but you cannot win with one player. Logan with -4.5 Attack efficiency and Cuttino -22% attack efficiency. Pathetic.
Yes they definitely need to make new transfers right now cause if they continue to perform like this, it will be a dream to to find a room in 1st eight. As a fan, I feel very sorry for the team but it is management responsibility to take an immediate action upon this.
The sad thing is, so far no sign for any new transfer. By the way no injury.

I disagree with comparison of outsides. Gabi is amazing of course but frantti has been a big disappointment so far and I don't expect her to put a monster performance all of a sudden, she will probably be replaced by busa half way through the game because she will be targeted by Eczacıbaşı servers. Zehra+Chiaka Duo is better than jack + Stevanovic but Chiaka won't be playing since all wing spikers will be foreigners so Bahar will play. Stevanovic is the worse transfer of Eczacıbaşı this year. I expect Yasemin to take starting spot once she is fully recovered
By the way simge seems to be back to her great shape again, if she keeps that level she is definitely better than Ayça who has a very low ceiling

I think Vb has a huge advantage on MBs (Bahar was good when called) and a very good one on the outside (Gabi is outstanding, Hande, Gray and Voronkova are not). I agree that the other OH of Vb is a question mark tho, Busa was actually the best performing one. Frantti still not there in the last matches. Maybe I would actually sit out Frantti here...
I also think Ferhat is not as bad as many people say. I criticized him a lot in the past, but some times he's granted for awful even when there's not much to do for any other coach in his shoes.

Exactly! There are some predetermined scapegoats in Eczacıbaşı, and whenever something happens, the blame goes to them. Not that I'm fan of Ferhat by the way

I mean idk he’s pretty awful lol. Is it ALL his fault ? No. But his choices are quite horrible and it matters when you’re going up against like Giovanni, Lavarini, and Santarelli
