I mean it's normal these days for fans to support other NT rather than his own. I heard during VNL in HongKong, lots of HongKong fans screamed very loud to support Team China's opponent. But ofc, considering the relationship between HK and China, lots of HKer don't feel attached to China emotionally so it's understandable for them to support their favorite team. After all It's just personal preference of volleyball team.
