  • I thought only 3 teams from each country per cup?:what: or this rule is only for cl?

After a long time, finally an Italian team will play in this competition

After a long time, finally an Italian team will play in this competition

Only for CL is rule for 3, challenge dont have limit because a lot of teams decide not to play CL or CEV

There is also a rule 5 teams maximum per country in entire CEV, plus 1 bonus (winner of bva, mevza...).

  • Chieri is the last champion of challenge cup actually.

Oh right, my bad!🤦 I totally blacked out chieri

  • Oh right, my bad!🤦 I totally blacked out chieri

Well to be fair Scandicci also won the year before that and Monza a few years before, 2019 if I'm not wrong. Italian teams have been always agreeing on going in the last 5 years or so but a few times the team supposed to play was given a Cev cup spot due to other teams forfeits

  • The team drawn to meet VBC Casalmaggiore will be the winner of the WEVZA Cup...

It seems Igor Novara has announced that he will participate in the tournament and, given the level, it seems quite obvious that he will win it...

So a clash between Italians could emerge in the first round...

  • Novara will host the WEVZA Cup and it will take place already next week :what: Other participants are Rote Raben Vilsbiburg (GER), Terville Florange (FRA) and Volleyball Academy (SUI). I guess the teams will still miss some players involved with NT activities...

    Schedule:

    𝟐𝟐 𝐒𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐞:

•Ore 17:00 Rote Raben Vilsbiburg vs TFOC

•Ore 20:00 IgorVolley vs Volleyball Academy

    𝟐𝟒 𝐒𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐞:

  • Yes, this kinda tradition for Mevza, Wevza and BVA cups :) This tournaments need to be finished literally before season start
