Men's Coach
Laurent Tillie of France
Best Men's Players
1. Earvin Ngapeth of France
2. Ivan Zaytsev of Italy
3. Matt Anderson of USA
Winning the World League and European Championships give Tillie my vote
Ngapeth has just been incredible for France
Zaytsev kept Italy in the World Cup and then getting their ticket
Anderson is the brightest star on the World Cup winners
Women's Coach
Terzic Zoran of Serbia
Best Women's Players
1. Zhu Ting
2. Tijana Boskovic
3. Foluke Akinradewo
Zoran took a team that was not expected to finish in the top two and beat the USA, and finished with only 1 loss to the winners China
Ting is basically unstoppable
Boskovic even as a youngster drove the Serbian offense in the World Cup
Akinradewo for the USA is a dominating presence at the net and without her they are not as good

Coach: Laurent Tillie. Andrea Giani would've deserved a nomination as well, but this was simply Tillie's year.
Players:
1 - Antonin Rouzier - consistency, MVP of the ECH, one of the two main attackers of the amazing French team. Definitely in the form of his life.
2 - Wilfredo Leon
3 - Simone Giannelli
I am sorry, but I cannot give any points to Earvin Ngapeth. It is one thing to win medals and games and be among the best players in the world and a totally different to be a reasonable human being and a role model. Ngapeth almost ruined his already shaky reputation in 2015 and, to me at least, is no worthy candidate.
