    Great job by the girls, Eda Erdem is the best :super: Zivkovic set like 150 times to Tijana there and in the end when Eda started reading Boskovic, Tijana started making mistakes. Serbia should really work on this problem. Their MB's are losing their role in the team this way.

    Eda is simply the best MB in the world right now! I am rooting for Turkey simply because of her! She always deliver during crunch time!


    Poor Tijana, she cannot do it all on her own, especially when you have Eda guarding the net. Serbia is no longer a threat imo. Rasic is still a dangerous MB, but her attacks are no longer dangerous. Mihajlovic seems to be going downhill. I wish Tijana all the best.

    Eda makes a difference at this kind of crucial points, she is the most significant players leading this bunch of youngsters :heart:


    Ebrar is still very 'raw' but she has the stellar material.


    We could have finish it 3-1 but 'receiving specialist' Aylin Sarıoğlu made 3 mistakes at reception/defense at the end of the set, I hope Guidetti won't use her again :aww:


    Cansu is trying to play quite a risky game, and sometimes it clearly doesn't work but in general I like her game so far.


    From SRB side, Rasiç's serves made a huge problem for our reception line, except her they did not serve well. None of Serbian OHs seem to be in a good shape so far.


    It will be a pity if SRB win a tie-break against USA tomorrow, then TUR might be still out of the competition depending on point ratio :S

    Serbia with Zivkovic is terrible. They are missing Brankica a lot, but still giving 83 sets to one players is disaster.
    I mean they are not Korean league that they don't have other good players.

    I agree! And not bcs I'm Turkish but its very clear that she's the most complete MB right now, though I like many others as well so far they're not as complete to me. She is always there at the net and you simply cannot expect to just get through her. And her attack is just as effective, even a bad set she can work with. She also has a good serve :obey:

    Eda is one of those rare MB who have great serves, amazing at blocks and kills. And she is a very good leader leading the way for all these young players. I wish Turkey will get to play as many competitions as possible for them to really develop more as a team. This is a very full of potential young team.

    So if SRB wins 3-2 most likely they and USA will reach to semis, but of course if the set differences will be big then TUR still will have a chance

    So basically if USA wins - Serbia is out no matter what the result. If Serbia wins a 3-0 3-1 match then the USA is out. Only If Serbia wins 3-2 its likely (not 100%) that Turkey is out.

    Yeah actually Turkey will advance for sure by any outcome of tomorrows match besides a 3:2 win of Serbia.

    What a pity with Plak in the end esp when she was so much on fire! But Brazil is the clear and deserved winner here and again to me the fave to win the whole thing as well :gone: :lol:

    Watching yesterday's and today's game, Bongaerts is the best among 3 setters IMHO.
