    And the thing about Stysiak is that I don't think she will get significantly more money from Budowlani. Compromising your development as a player for a modest pay raise is probably not the best idea.

    You should consider, that insane agents play also often a crucial role - despite it is in the first place her decision, her agent may have negative influence on it.

    Maybe Busa is one of these players who only plays well when there's no 'dominant' attacker next to them. We have bunch of players like this in Turkey

    Roberto Mogentale is Maggie Glinkas husband, so she might be involved in the decision in some way as well. Hard to see that they dont speak about this together. Clearly there should be a base of knowledge and experience that facilitates Stysiak to make the right decisions.

    I didn’t see that anybody pasted here links with Roberto Mogentale and Magdalena Stysiak statements, so in a shortcut: Stysiak contract expired on 3rd December (and she played 4 extra matches after her contract expired). Nobody from Chemik was interested about extending contact with her.

    Also this isn’t true that she wanted 50% raise and I agree that such info shouldn’t be published. Also this case was controlled by lawyers and everything is according to law.

    The weird thing then is that... they didn't sign her for the whole season? With her being their main OPP? What's up with that? That doesn't sound right.

    They singed contract with her parents until the end of season 2019/2020, however according to law when she turned 18 on December 3rd she can decide for herself now therefore the contract signed by her parents was no longer valid. So they were negotiating the new conditions but it looks that either Chemik didn't want to give her as much as she and her manager wanted or there was some other weird things going on.

    Stysiak wont be able to CL also. Her aim had to be good performance with Chemick at international stage and then another journey to good league (Sultanlar Ligi, Seria A, etc.) for next year.
