    The team’s first match is against Italy on 30th May (pool 1, week 1 in Turkiye)

    I do not hold any high hopes for the chinese team, I think they will be left behind by most of the European teams. They lacked the power of the Europeans and the agility of the Japanese and the defensive competitiveness of the Thais!!

    Last outings their MBs (yuan and Wang) were abysmal, and if they don’t improve they do not stand a chance!!!

    They are really missing a Yanni and of course Zhu!!

    And I think Cai will just play these main players to the ground!!!

    Indeed Fersino's absence is gonna impact the passing line but we were able to play decent games with Degradi, Perinelli and Gennari receiving last VNL so it's not like it's gonna be a horror show.

    First week team from Germany, rather weak, head coach Vital Heynen is sad, that after Jennifer Janiska (born as Geerties) also Kimberly Drewniok exited national team and Laura Emonts is still injured and can't participate too, more isn't possible at now also for European Championship. These will become kind of survival matches: not to drop too much in the world ranking...

    Perinelli is a very good receiver, Degradi not. Neither Sylla nor other two OHs in the roster

    About canada the wnd oh is so so,almost all block linda did was on them

    Do you guys think Alsmeier-Orthmann as OH and stigrot as receiving Opp would work? I'm curious who would be Germany's wings. I think middles are pretty okay, seems like best position of Germany. Also liberos
