Poland

yes, hun. They literally gave out 2nd set, can’t you see?
Congrats Poland, they played very well today!
The game against Thailand is haunting me, we could be in Paris today
You will, it is all in your hand.
I DO NOT BELIEVE.
No it wasn't! It was just your wishful thinking and arrogance. So don't try to justify all the shitty things you said about Turkey after we won VNL. Fortunately girls proved you wrong, in 3 different tournament this summer
sorry I should have said this summer I didn’t mean this tournament even tho I typed that. I meant doubting them before this national team season was valid.
Kiraly's management of the match was, as often happens, incomprehensible...
However, a great match for Poland...
I would like to see the Italian girls with this attitude...

It's volleyball ! Fighting spirit first of all. Particular set doesn't matter.
Middle attacks used to be USA's bread and butter. I wouldn't be surprised if Carlini misses Olympics again.

disagree, we lost against Thailand because of our focus at the beggining of sets
This was another game which showed that wolosz is very limited setter who can set one style of volleyball. (And she is amazing in that style but that's all)
All kudos to wenerska.
I can't believe POL pulled Set 3 and actually win convincingly! Great performance - wishing them the best.

That's a very strong statement...
I wouldn't forget that Wolosz missed half the summer due to a bad hand injury, she gave up surgery to spend the summer with the national team and is very far from being able to express herself 100%...
Having said that , Wenerska is certainly more than a backup and, as I already said, it is a real luxury for Poland to have two setters like this at their disposal...
Fortunately Wenerska played from start today, but Różański replaced Czyrniańska decently and Stysiak was quite efficient

Poulter is without doubt starting setter, Carlini proved that She didn’t went to Tokyo because Karch was right…
Can someone explain to me why FIVB (and wikipedia as well) has not acknowledged Serbia as qualified yet?

Serbia is qualified already. On wiki tounaments results Serbia is marked Q.

Ok, but it's the fault of the Italian training system that there haven't been 2-3 good setters since lo Bianco. How many junior medals have Italians and Polish women won in the last 10 years? So I wonder where are the people who won these medals? One Wołosz is ok, but there should be dozens of people like Wenerska in the Italian league. The entire system is broken and needs to be changed. 20 years ago there was a better performance in Ita, because there was lo Bianco, Cacciattori, Ferretti, and now who is it?
