Japan - V.League V1 (Division 1, Women) 2023-2024

  • Fun stat of the day,

Okayama had 134 swing attempts in today's match against JT and 0 back row attempts, yes 0.

While facing Annie Drews, who had 12 swings from the back on her own. Albeit a little off today 6 points, but three misses.

Those three misses were all of her misses for the day.

  • Match Played Standings through October 29th

JT and Hisamitsu are perfect and will have a better sets ratio than other teams with their four matches played

The remaining teams that have played four matches, will move in the next weekend's results.

These will be slightly different than the official league standings as those are with all matches played.

  • So many good vibes inside this topic.

Oh I see QPL is back to forum again

  • I want Miiku Iwasawa on court. damn it

ikr! I remember her being so good at passing long balls last season because she's not a midline passer (Karch would like her!). It made her the best receiver during the first half of the league, earning her a spot on the NT. Then in the 2nd half, Yamagishi replaced her and I'm not sure why she hasn't retired when Iwasawa has already blossomed.

  • I thought everybody knew. ^^

How could we? You said you are leaving the forum and not coming back🤷

I thought indeed Rhaemon was you:roll: anyways it wouldn't be the first time you would have multiple accounts 🙄

  • I thought everybody knew. ^^

I had no idea :drink: Welcome back you crazy rapscallion

  • You're the only one with a double account here🤣

You created like 5 different accounts using Russian players with a capitalized first letter in all those 5 accounts you used in Japan Women's NT. The mods banned all your previous accounts but you came back anyway lmao your obsession with faking your identity and inoue is so abnormal

  • Can someone let me know how Dani Drews does when her team starts playing

    1st game: vs Denso Airybees

    - started first 2 sets then got pulled, did not play 3rd set

    6/17 attacks (35.3 kill%), 1 block, 1 ace

    2nd game: vs Hitachi Rivale

    - started first 3 sets then got pulled, did not play 4th set

    10/33 attacks (30.3 kill%), 2 blocks

Too early to tell but atleast for her first 2 games, she did not perform that well vs foreign players at other teams. She's at NEC Red Rockets though. SWP got pulled a lot too, but thrives in other countries

NEC has both Dani Drews as Opp and Ajcharaporn Kongyot as OH for their foreign players, alongside Sarina Koga. Ajcharaporn did well in both games, not efficient but fits in the system. The substitute local Opp and setter who comes in for double sub both did well so they were the ones who played in the latter part of the match.

Likely with NEC, Drews is not expected to have huge scoring load unlike foreign players of other teams with both Koga and Ajcharaporn.

  • thank you !

He definitely has multiple accounts, it is easy to point out based on his writing style and poisonous opinions

  • Something's missing in Ageo. Kurogo is disappointingly blank. Ageo was so close to beating Saga last season by mere points. I was hoping with the swaps that they'd show something different and is closer to NEC's level. By the way someone should suggest that pun to their manager Kanon Ito - NEC's LEVEL as in NEXT LEVEL as their slogan it's perfect.

Adams and Nagaoka have been yin and yang so far. Their Fukazawa is better than the Toray twin but not superior to anyone else in offense. Nagaoka is not even "activated" so to speak she's on autopilot and is far more concerned with securing a good landing. It looks lame but for her, obviously she has to put her safety first.

JT is back to their 2020 form. No mercy from Drews. I expect them to clobber every other team

  • kurogo is practically a cardboard cutout of her former overconfident self. underwhelming start for her. but maybe that's how she is now. i don't see her returning to toray. she might just end up clubhopping like uchiseto and nabeya

nec suits blue more than the stingy red they've been wearing for so long i hope they keep it in their future jersey switches

I hope Ageo's coach would put Sasaki in the game instead of Kurogo. During the Kurashiki tournament and Summer league, Sasaki did well and was always a team cheer leader even when on bench. Midway thru the tournament, if Kurogo does not improve, then time to switch. Ageo's Horisako is also better than Kurogo right now.

🤣 5 accounts? Dang. Show me those accounts.

you're the one making false claims here.

you guys with your pathetic attemp to sound smart but you actually only rely with your friends who you return likes with to boost your comments. When in fact, your comments lack substance.

  • Enough with the off-topic fighting please!

To be clear, VBdiamond did indeed reveal his identity to the mods when he signed up as he could no longer access his previous account.

As for Rhaemon , we couldn’t find sufficient evidence to confirm whether or not they were the same user as the person with all those other deleted accounts.
